近日，《聚客镇》在北京怀柔影视基地低调开机，陈志朋在片中出演一位醉心玉石创作的“民国青年艺术家”陆展元，陈志朋称，陆展元的性格跟自己很像，就像自己很痴迷于表演和舞台一样，陆展元对于艺术的痴迷仿佛让他看见了自己，

网易娱乐12月22日报道：近日，由禅武国际传媒出品、新锐导演武洪武执导的院线电影《聚客镇》在北京怀柔影视基地低调开机，该剧讲述了清末民初一段因玉石引出的缠绵悱恻、浪漫唯美的爱情故事，男女主角分别由陈志朋和有着“小张柏芝”之称的贡米担任，此外该片还吸引了孙兴、赵毅、张宇彤等众多实力演员加盟。
据悉、陈志朋在片中出演的是一位醉心玉石创作的“民国青年艺术家”陆展元，痴迷于玉石雕刻却又对贡米饰演的女一号一见倾心，谈及当时接下这部戏的原因，陈志朋坦言：是觉得陆展元的性格跟自己很像，就像自己很痴迷于表演和舞台一样，陆展元对于艺术的痴迷仿佛让他看见了自己，就一下有了共鸣，就毫不犹豫的推掉手上的三个电影剧本，毅然选择这个角色。被问及这算是本色出演么，陈志朋笑言：好像这么多年在作品中都没有演过自己，很开心有这个机会简简单单的表达自己的性格。
